Information Collection, Use and Sharing: This Web Site
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. As a Salesforce ISV partner, we may share your contact information with Salesforce.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
When you subscribe to the RollCall app, you (the customer) are the sole owner of any information you input into RollCall. We have no access to any of your data within your Salesforce org unless you specifically grant us that access.
The RollCall app, when installed in your Salesforce org, never collects or transfers any of the data entered into any of its fields. The RollCall app was created to be contained fully in the Salesforce environment and not communicate with any external or 3rd party web system.
If we are granted access to your org for any reason, we do not collect or transfer your data unless you have explicitly permitted us to perform an activity (such as data troubleshooting or transferring from another app) that would require us to do so. This data is never shared with any third party, including partner organizations or Salesforce. Please see the “Security” section of this notice for details on how we protect this data. We securely destroy all copies this data as soon as we complete the tasks that require it.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information such as your name, organization, and billing address, and financial information including a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes only. Human Centered Apps does not store any credit card information and no employee has access to your credit card information. We may use your billing information to contact you in the event of billing changes or annual license renewal.
